Due to continued growth, Kenny Constructions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of FIFO construction projects.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring programme, commercial, quality, and safety objectives are achieved while leading high-performing site teams.
This role will suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading projects in remote environments and is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and subcontractors
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Manage client relationships and project stakeholders
Monitor commercial performance, forecasting, and project reporting
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project activities
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management
Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or civil construction
Experience delivering projects in FIFO or regional environments highly regarded
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially astute with experience managing project budgets and contracts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
FIFO opportunity on major construction projects
