💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Disability Support Worker, you’ll learn how to:

• Support people with disability to live independently

• Assist with daily activities, community access, and personal care

• Build meaningful relationships and empower clients to reach their goals

• Work confidently within the NDIS framework

• Provide safe, person‑centred, high‑quality support

You’ll gain hands‑on experience while completing your Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) — and we’ll support you every step of the way.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous experience — just a genuine desire to make a difference. You’ll need (or be willing to obtain — we’ll support you!):

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Or willingness to obtain one)

• National Police Check (Or willingness to obtain one)

• QLD Working with Children Check (Employee status) (Or willingness to obtain one)

• Current CPR & First Aid certificate

• Valid Driver’s Licence + your own reliable vehicle
