Program Manager – Business TransformationMelbourne | Contract | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to mobilise and lead a significant multi-year business transformation program.This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing four to five interconnected workstreams across billing systems, CRM, operations and organisational change. You will bring structure and momentum to the program, mobilise delivery teams, develop the integrated plan and establish effective governance and reporting.
Working across business, technology and operational teams, you will coordinate internal stakeholders and existing vendors to ensure resources, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities remain aligned.
Key responsibilitiesMobilise and lead a complex, multi-year transformation program.Coordinate four to five concurrent projects and workstreams.Develop and maintain an integrated program plan.Establish governance, reporting and program controls.Source and coordinate the resources required for delivery.Manage program risks, issues, dependencies and priorities.Work closely with business, technology and operational stakeholders.Coordinate existing vendors and external delivery partners.Oversee change management and business-readiness activities.Track delivery against program milestones and intended business outcomes.Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Build engagement, accountability and momentum across the program.
About youYou are an active and engaging Program Manager who is comfortable working at both strategic and delivery levels. You can navigate complex stakeholder environments, bring clarity to ambiguity and remain closely involved in the day-to-day realities of program delivery.
Experience leading large, multi-year business or technology transformations.Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams.Strong program mobilisation and integrated planning experience.Exposure to billing, CRM or enterprise customer platforms.Strong governance, change management and program-control capability.Experience managing vendors, delivery partners and resource requirements.The ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve competing priorities.A hands-on, collaborative and outcomes-focused leadership style.Experience within energy, utilities or another complex operational environment would be highly regarded.
