About TRONOX
Tronox is a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer. Across our Australian operations, we extract and process rich mineral sands into a range of valuable products including ilmenite, zircon, rutile and titanium dioxide pigment which are then exported to international markets. Tronox is developing a new business arm involving the processing of Rare Earth minerals, from mineral sands sources.

About the Role
Tronox is seeking a commercially astute and delivery-focused Project Procurement & Contracts Manager to manage procurement planning and execution across both the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and Execution phases of a major Rare Earths project in Western Australia.
This role is responsible for collaboratively developing and implementing procurement strategies, engaging with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that project-related procurement activities are aligned with project objectives, schedules, and governance requirements. You will work closely with the Global Capital and Tronox Supply Chain Team, Project Director, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and other functional leads to ensure that procurement inputs are well integrated into both study and delivery phases.
This position reports jointly to the Global Capital Procurement Director and to the Rare Earth Project Director and plays a key role in ensuring procurement readiness and performance across the full lifecycle of the project.
Initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract for the DFS phase, this role is designed to become permanent once the project achieves FID and moves into Execution.
