About the role
Ready for a change from clinical practice?
Use your podiatry experience in a new way — building relationships, training clinicians and helping practices achieve great patient outcomes.
Biolab is looking for a Podiatrist to join our team as a Clinical Sales & Training Specialist.
You’ll work closely with podiatrists and clinic teams across WA, becoming a trusted contact for clinical advice, technical training and orthotic solutions.
You don’t need sales experience. We’re looking for someone who knows podiatry, enjoys working with people and can confidently share their knowledge.
What you’ll do
Build strong, long-term relationships with podiatrists and clinics
Support existing customers and develop new relationships
Provide hands-on training in 3D scanning, orthotic prescription and ordering
Educate clinicians on orthotic design, materials and manufacturing options
Troubleshoot scanning, prescription and orthotic issues
Demonstrate Biolab products, technology and systems
Identify opportunities to grow and better support customer accounts
Travel throughout Perth and regional WA (Potential Interstate if required)
About you
You’ll have:
A Podiatry qualification and current AHPRA registration
Good knowledge of biomechanics and custom orthotic prescription
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence explaining clinical and technical concepts
An interest in technology, scanning and orthotic manufacturing
A proactive, organised approach
A current Australian driver’s licence
Sales or training experience is welcome, but not essential. We’ll train you.
Why Biolab?
$90,000–$100,000 + super + car allowance
Full training in our products, systems and orthotic manufacturing
An autonomous role combining relationships, education and technical support
Stay connected to podiatry without treating patients every day
Supportive team with the personal feel of a family business
Build relationships across the WA podiatry profession
About Biolab
