Senior Integrated Designer – Motion

Five by Five is looking for a hands-on Senior Integrated Designer with strong motion capabilities and an eye for art direction.
You’ll be an integrated designer first, with the motion skills to bring ideas to life. The work is genuinely varied, spanning major campaigns across TV and cinema, social, digital, retail, OOH and experiential.This is an initial three-month opportunity, with genuine potential to become permanent as our creative team grows.
What you'll be doing
Creating high-quality design and motion work across integrated campaigns.Developing ideas from initial concept and visual direction through to final execution.Designing across social, digital, retail, OOH, presentations and brand experiences.Producing motion graphics and animated content for social, digital, TV and cinema.Creating mood boards, visual treatments and storyboards.Supporting and, where appropriate, leading the art direction of shoots and productions.Collaborating closely with internal teams.Exploring AI-assisted tools to strengthen ideas and improve creative workflows.
You're probably a great match if
You have a strong portfolio of integrated design and motion work.You combine excellent design craft with conceptual and strategic thinking.You’re highly skilled across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.You can create a distinctive visual direction and carry it consistently across multiple channels.You have experience art directing shoots or productions, or are ready to do more of it.You’re comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative creative team.You’re curious about AI and emerging creative tools without losing sight of originality and craft.You enjoy variety, move quickly and care deeply about the quality of the final work.Agency experience is highly regarded, but the strength and breadth of your portfolio will matter most.

The role is based in our Eveleigh office in Sydney. We work flexibly, with the team currently working from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
