What you will be doing 
Our Domestic Assistants put heart into everything they do - no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.

We are offering a Permanent Part-Time opportunity (50 hours per fortnight) with a consistent roster. Let us know your availability and preferred working hours, and we’ll work with you to establish a set schedule. Our ideal roster is Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm. You'll enjoy getting out into the community, providing in-home support to clients throughout the northern Sunshine Coast region, including Coolum Beach, Peregian Beach, Marcoola, Mudjimba, Pacific Paradise, Bli Bli, Eumundi, Yandina and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while supporting clients in their own homes across a diverse range of coastal and hinterland communities.
 
The little things you do can make a big difference. Your day might include:

• Helping keep someone's home feeling comfortable, whether that's tackling the laundry, cleaning the kitchen, or freshening up the bathroom.
• Lending a hand with everyday tasks like preparing simple meals, making beds, ironing, or shopping.
• Sitting down for a cuppa and a chat, because sometimes company can mean just as much as practical help.
• Being a familiar face who helps make each day a little easier and a little brighter.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Genuinely care about helping older Australians live life the way they choose.
• Feel confident working independently while staying connected to your local community.
• Are physically fit, hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, and have a reliable vehicle.
• Have (or are happy to obtain) First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check.
