Assistant Store Manager (Gyprock Trade Centre) - Garbutt Townsville
About the Role
CSR are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our high-performing team at our Garbutt Townsville Gyprock Trade Centre, reporting to the Store Manager. This is a critical leadership role with a strong focus on safety, service delivery, and warehouse efficiency.
As a Team Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring people and equipment are utilised efficiently to meet service and safety standards. You'll play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes for our customers, coaching and leading your team, and actively identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You'll Do:
Work Hours: Your standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 3:00 pm, totalling a 38-hour week, with any additional hours worked beyond 38 paid at overtime rates (including Saturdays).
