The business is committed to maintaining the high quality of product and service that clients have trusted for decades.Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for providing an exceptional client experience in Musson boutiques. The role involves welcoming and engaging clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of fine jewellery pieces while representing Musson’s brand values and product knowledge. Day-to-day tasks include managing client appointments, presenting collections, preparing quotations and supporting after-sales services. The Client Advisor will maintain visual merchandising standards, process sales transactions accurately, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication.Previous experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or high-end client advisory roles is not essential, yet is highly beneficial.Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with point-of-sale and basic computer systems are important.Ability to work on-site, including weekends or retail trading hours, and collaborate effectively within a small boutique team.A professional presentation, high ethical standards, and a genuine interest in fine jewellery and design are strongly preferred.
