Senior NetSuite Consultant

About the role

You'll work across the full project lifecycle — from discovery and configuration through to go-live and post-implementation support — for a varied portfolio of clients. You'll also contribute to managed services and support practice, mentoring junior consultants and helping shape how we work internally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live, managing client expectations and delivery timelines

• Configure and customise NetSuite across core modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and ZoneandCo Payroll AU

• Conduct business requirements workshops, workflow assessments, and end user training

• Design and deploy NetSuite solutions with consideration for industry-specific processes, regulatory requirements, and client business needs

• Build, develop, and test detailed functional designs for solution components and prototypes

• Conduct gap analysis and solution design workshops with client stakeholders

• Build and maintain SuiteAnalytics saved searches, reports, and workbooks

• Design and deliver data migration strategies and CSV import processes

• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimise user adoption and NetSuite configuration

• Produce high-quality documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and training materials

About you

• Minimum 4 years' hands-on NetSuite implementation or administration experience

• Strong functional knowledge across NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, multi-currency)

• Experience delivering full-cycle implementations as lead consultant

• Proficient in SuiteAnalytics — saved searches, reports, dashboards

• Solid understanding of Australian accounting standards and business practices

• Experience with data migration, CSV import/export, and reconciliation

• Strong documentation and client communication skills

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification (or ability to obtain)

• Valid Australian work rights
