About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide one‑on‑one support to clients with acquired spinal cord injuries within their homes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Transfers: Move clients safely using hoists into and out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, oral care, dressing, and toileting.
• Health Care: Manage bladder and bowel needs.
• Home Help: Prepare meals, do laundry, and complete household tasks.

About You
We are looking for people who:

• Strong communicator: Listens with care and speaks with honesty and clarity.
• Flexible schedule: Available to work morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
• Reliable transport: Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a dependable vehicle.
