ENT Specialist Practice – West Perth

We're looking for a friendly, organised and caring Nurse / Administration Assistant to join our welcoming ENT Specialist Practice in West Perth.

This is a part-time position working Wednesday to Friday, combining hands-on clinical support with reception and administrative duties. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, values patient care, and likes working as part of a small, supportive team.

About the Role

Your day will include a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:

• Assisting the specialist during consultations and minor procedures.

• Sterilising medical equipment, maintain medical supplies and monitor stock levels.

• Ensure consulting rooms are tidy, organised and fully stocked.

• Conducting hearing tests when required (training provided).

• Answering phone enquiries and coordinating referrals.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with the smooth running of the practice.

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Is a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.

• Has experience in a medical practice, hospital environment or private specialist setting.

• Is friendly, professional and enjoys helping people.

• Has excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Is comfortable using computers and medical software.

• Enjoys working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
