About the Role

As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team of technicians

• Managing daily workshop operations

• Driving productivity and efficiency

• Delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Managing workflow, job allocation and quality control

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation

Qualified Mechanic

We're also looking for an experienced, qualified mechanic who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty — someone capable of working on engines, gearboxes, timing belts and chains, with strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Apprentice Mechanic

We're also on the lookout for an apprentice, 1st through 4th year. We're happy to train the right person — you must be willing to learn, keen, and ready to work hard.
