Baker

We need a Qualified Baker to replace a long term baker (7 years) that has decided its time to move on. Looking for a Baker that can run all 3 work stations (oven bowl bench) We are a 7 day business so we can offer multiple rosters to suit. Start times from 1am weekends and public holidays, 2am weekdays. Standard work days 7.5hrs 38 hr week.

Applicant to be clean and tidy in nature, we run a clean bakery and would like our staff to do the same. We believe in looking after our employees and the your work conditions, a clean safe work environment makes for an easy work day.

Our equipment is in good working order. New Rotell 3 oven and work benches installed 8 months ago. Some retail experience would be good. Not essential. You will be working along side 2 other long term bakers both 10 years plus, 1 new trade assistant 2 months (doing very well). We have a good routines in place so settling in will be easy.
