Mobilisation Coordinator

About the role

Join Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) as a Mobilisation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the seamless integration and operation of our clients' projects. Working in a full-time position, you will be based in our office in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the mobilisation of equipment, personnel, and resources to client sites, ensuring smooth project launches

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement mobilisation plans

• Monitor and track progress of mobilisation activities, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

• Maintain detailed records and provide regular status updates to management

• Support the implementation of safety, quality, and environmental compliance procedures during mobilisations

• Assist with the coordination of demobilisation activities at the end of projects

• Contribute to the continual improvement of mobilisation processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator or similar role in the administration or office support field

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties

• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support mobilisation activities

• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Payroll experience is desirable
