Lawyers | Multiple secondment opportunities

Lawmee is a tech-enabled marketplace used by 250+ law firms and companies, providing lawyers with direct access to secondment and interim opportunities. The marketplace includes opportunities with ASX-listed companies, multinationals, GTEs, private businesses, and law firms.

We’re currently working with a growing legal advisory practice seeking experienced lawyers to join their team on a contract basis across a range of practice areas.

Commencing as soon as possible, these engagements are expected to run for three months with the potential to extend. Although full-time availability is preferred, a 4-day a week arrangement will be considered for the right lawyer.

Corporate / M&A Lawyer

• Advise clients on complex corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic projects, governance and contract negotiations.

Litigation & Disputes Lawyer

• Manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, including court proceedings, regulatory issues, employment disputes and insolvency-related matters.

Environment & Native Title Lawyer

• Advise clients on environmental, planning, native title and land access matters, including regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, agreements, disputes and emerging legal developments.

Property Lawyer

• Provide strategic legal support across property, land access and development matters, including transactions, due diligence, leasing arrangements, tenure issues and commercial risk management.

Who we are looking for:

We would like to hear from lawyers with 8+ years' PAE, ideally gained in leading national or international firms or within high-performing in-house teams.

Experience in the mining, resources, engineering, infrastructure or construction sectors will be highly regarded.
