About The Role

We are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Support Workers to join our team throughout Brisbane and Surrounds.

In this role, you'll provide person-centred, high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including:

Ventilators, PEG Feeding, Bladder Washout, Stoma Care, Peristeen and Tracheostomy CarePersonal Care and Hygiene including enemas and suppositoriesMobility and transfers using hoists, slide boards, and slide sheetsMonitoring health conditions, checking pressure areas, and assisting with medications.

Your support will make a meaningful difference every day.

What We're Looking For

We want team members that are:

Available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active overnights, weekends, and public holidays.Experienced in Nursing/Disability support or currently studying.Confident and willing to train in complex careStrong and authentic communicators

Essential Requirements

Valid Driver's licence and reliable vehicleCompleted relevant qualification, or working towards a relevant qualificationCurrent Working with Children and NDIS Workers Screening Card, or willingness to obtainSmartphone DeviceCompletion of NDIS Worker Orientation module, or willingness to obtain
