Lead the strategic coordination of workforce planning and rostering across a diverse range of essential Operational Services, including Support Services, Food Services, Security and Switch. In this influential role, you will drive the development of innovative staffing solutions and workforce strategies that ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to support exceptional service delivery.

About your role:

In this position you will…..

• Provide professional advice and support to ensure the operational management team is working and functioning effectively within existing frameworks, awards and timeframes.
• Liaise with clients including HR and Payroll regarding rostering requirements ensuring, approved rosters, etc. are plotted and submitted prior to established deadlines.   Ensure the timely completion of appropriate documentation for employee movement and leave.
• Analyse and evaluate reports on sick leave, long service leave, annual leave and RDO balances, etc. and provide written findings and recommendations.
