About the Role
Reporting to Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance at BHP's Port Operations in Port Hedland, the role is to provide leadership and direction to the onsite Fixed Plant Electrical Maintenance team to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities for the fixed plant assets (including Car Dumpers, Stackers, Shiploaders, Screening, Stockyards, Sample Stations, Conveyor Systems).
You will support Reliability Maintenance work strategies and in compliance with the daily work schedule, relevant standards and work instructions, in order to meet and improve required plant availability.
This role is based in Port Hedland and can be offered as 5/2 Residential.

About You
Location
With this role you will be residentially based in Port Hedland on a 5:2 roster. You will be working across both sites at Port, Finucane Island & Nelson Point. Port Hedland is home to one of the world's largest bulk export ports, handling hundreds of millions of tonnes of iron ore annually and serving as a critical gateway for Western Australia's resources sector. With its warm climate, coastal lifestyle and easy access to fishing, boating and some of Australia's most unique landscapes, Port Hedland offers an exceptional place to live and work.
As a residential employee, you will also be provided with subsidised rental accommodation in addition to power and water subsidies.
