About the Role:

You will play a vital role in supporting our Fleet Sales Department by ensuring seamless administration processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Processing new vehicle orders and customer documentation 
• Preparing registration paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met 
• Managing vehicle invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail 
• Coordinating vehicle delivery schedules with customers 
• Preparing delivery documentation, logbooks and keys 
• Assisting with vehicle inspections and delivery preparation 
• Supporting the Fleet Sales team with administration and data entry 
• Assisting with vehicle handovers both onsite and offsite 
 
What We Are Looking For: 

• Previous automotive administration experience 
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Excellent computer skills 
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence 
• Revolution Software experience highly desirable
