About the Role
As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Camberwell, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and resident-centred care.
You Will
Lead, coach and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding care outcomesOversee assessments, care planning and clinical documentationEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readinessManage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworksBuild strong relationships with residents, families, visiting health professionals and the broader leadership teamFoster a positive, accountable and high-performing clinical culture
