Floral Merchandiser

Are you passionate about flowers and love creating beautiful displays? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service? We're seeking a Floral Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. Based in Perth, this role involves delivering and merchandising fresh flowers and plants at various retail stockists, ensuring eye-catching displays that drive sales while maintaining exceptional product quality. You will drive a work van to the retail stores with the flowers to replenish each store.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising: Create fresh and attractive in-store displays of flowers, plants, and giftware.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-6 months merchandising or retail display experience.

Delivery: Transport and deliver products to stockists using a work van while adhering to delivery schedules.

A valid car licence (C class) is required for this position.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 20kg as part of delivery duties.

Quality Assurance: Maintain product freshness through stock rotation, quality checks, and cleaning.

Customer Service: Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, and provide professional, friendly service.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues while being self-motivated to work independently.

Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the delivery vehicle.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this role.

This casual position requires early morning start times and weekend work.

Candidates must be available for early morning starts between 6:00-7:00 AM.

This position requires availability for 3-4 weekend days per month.
