Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across à la carte and room serviceConfidently rotate across different sections of the kitchen as neededWork closely with senior chefs to prioritise daily kitchen operationsMaintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment at all timesMinimise waste and ensure cost-effective food preparationSupport training and development of junior kitchen staffStep up to lead the section when requiredFollow all standard operating procedures and WH&S guidelinesContribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team cultureAssist the conference & catering team with events as needed
