We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Delivery Staff member to join our Distribution Centre in Salisbury, QLD.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both warehouse operations and delivery services, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the logistics and food distribution industry. Pay Rate: From $29 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders

• Perform stock control and inventory management activities

• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks

• Work in chilled and frozen storage areas when required

• Load products onto delivery vehicles

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Delivery Operations

• Deliver products to customers using company vehicles (van or small truck)

• Ensure accurate and timely deliveries

• Verify orders and assist customers during the delivery process

• Follow designated delivery schedules and routes

• Support daily delivery operations as required

General Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Comply with WHS (Work Health and Safety) policies and procedures

• Adhere to food safety and quality standards

• Perform other duties as directed by the company

Requirements

Essential

• Valid and Open Australian Driver's Licence

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible driving

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic English communication skills

Desirable

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience

• Delivery driving experience

• Forklift Licence (High Reach experience highly regarded)

• HACCP or QAP accreditation
