This long-established Port Road landmark is seeking a full time qualified chef to join our kitchen team. 

The hotel boasts;

• A totally renovated bistro complete with Art Deco indoor/outdoor dining

• 7-day dining

The hotel is owned in the same interest as the Strathmore Hotel and offers long-term career prospects for the right chef.

The successful candidate must possess the following attributes;

• Have the ability to produce a high-quality of product and presentation in a very high-paced environment.
