Warehouse Assistant (Aluminium Manufacturing)

$32–$35 per hour + Super | Monday to Friday | Full-Time

We’re currently looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant (Aluminium Manufacturing) to join a fantastic, family-operated manufacturing business based in Caloundra QLD.

The company specialises in the manufacture of aluminium window frames, and this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position with a business that genuinely invests in its people. Lots of opportunity to grow within the business.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day warehouse operations as well as assisting with deliveries.

Your duties will include:

• General warehouse duties

• Loading and unloading aluminium products

• Picking and preparing orders

• Moving and handling aluminium window and door frames

• Loading deliveries onto the MR truck

• Local deliveries as required (MR Drivers Licence is preferred not essential)

• Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy

• Assisting the manufacturing team

👷 About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a current MR Truck Licence – (preferred not essential)

• Has previous warehouse & Aluminium Manufacturing experience

• Is reliable, punctual and physically fit

• Has a good work ethic and positive attitude

• Is comfortable working with aluminium products

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Is looking for a long-term opportunity

Previous experience with aluminium windows and doors is preferred but NOT essential.

If you have experience working with aluminium products, window and door manufacturing, glazing, fabrication or a similar industry, we'd love to hear from you.

However, the company is more than happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and willingness to learn.
