The Retail Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our company casual retail environment. This position requires an individual with a passion for men's fashion and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with product selection, providing style advice, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Operating the point of sale system, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash handling procedures.
• Maintaining store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
• Contributing to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, including fabric composition, garment care, and understanding the brand's heritage.
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and keep abreast of new product launches.
• Building strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to their work. They should be able to work well within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when required. A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in men's fashion are essential attributes for this role.
