Description

Analyse and document business requirements for the UKG Pro system.Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.Configure and maintain the UKG Pro system to meet operational needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Profile

A Successful UKG Pro Business Analyst Should Have

Experience implementing UKG Pro system.A background in the healthcare industry or familiarity with its operational requirements.Strong analytical skills to assess and address business needs effectively.Proficiency in configuring and maintaining system functionalities.Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members.Ability to develop user-friendly training materials and provide support to end-users.

Job Offer

Fixed-term contract position based in Moorabbin 3 days a week.Annual salary of 120K to 130K excluding superOpportunity to work on meaningful projects within the healthcare industry.Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.
