The Opportunity

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

You will:

• Welcome clients and provide genuine, personalised styling advice
• Develop strong product knowledge across fit, fabric and styling
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Contribute to store sales targets and key performance goals
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock processing, replenishment and store operations
• Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive store environment
• Represent M.J. Bale with confidence, professionalism and pride

About You

We are looking for people who bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality or customer service
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
• Confidence working towards sales targets and store goals
• An interest in menswear, styling and premium products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster, including weekends and public holidays

Previous retail experience is valued, but a great attitude, willingness to learn and passion for people are just as important.
