Body Rituals WA is a boutique wellness studio specialising in lymphatic drainage, holistic body sculpting and personalised face and body treatments.

We’re looking for an experienced therapist who enjoys hands-on body and skin work and wants to work in a calm, client-focused environment.

This is not a traditional beauty salon role. We allow time for consultation, treatment and aftercare rather than high-volume, back-to-back beauty services. Our focus is quality treatments, genuine client relationships and personalised care.

We’re looking for a therapist who shares our approach and wants to develop their skills with us long-term.

You’ll deliver a combination of:

• Lymphatic drainage
• Massage and holistic body treatments
• Body sculpting and contouring
• Technology-supported body and skin treatments
• Facials and skin treatments
• Body wraps and treatment rituals

You’ll conduct thorough consultations, personalise treatments, recommend treatment plans and home care, educate clients and build strong repeat clientele.

As a small business, you’ll also occasionally help with reception, client communication, social media and general studio tasks when required.

• 3+ years of hands-on industry experience

• A relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage or a related field

• Strong consultation and hands-on treatment skills

• Day spa, skin, body or wellness experience

• Confidence making professional treatment and product recommendations

• A mature, calm, and compassionate approach with clients

• The ability to work independently and take initiative

• Reliability, accountability and a willingness to learn

• A genuine interest in lymphatics, skin, body health and wellness

Previous lymphatic experience is highly regarded but not essential. We will train the right experienced therapist in the Body Rituals WA approach and protocols.

Experience in advanced skin, body contouring, remedial massage, nutrition, fitness, Pilates, yoga or other holistic wellness modalities will also be highly regarded.

• Casual, 2–3 regular days per week OR
• Part-time, 3–4 days per week
• Saturday availability required (min 1 x per month)
• One late afternoon/evening shift in a fortnight roster
• Evening shifts finish no later than 7pm
• Mandurah, WA

AVAILABILITY:

You must be available to work Saturdays and one late afternoon/evening shift, finishing no later than 7pm.

You’ll be joining a small, supportive team where professionalism, accountability and respect matter.

We want therapists who share knowledge, support each other, communicate openly and contribute to the studio rather than only focusing on their own treatment room.

HOW WE WORK

This role suits an experienced therapist who values clear systems, defined treatment protocols and high treatment standards.

You’ll be expected to follow the Body Rituals WA approach while using your experience to personalise treatments to the individual client.

You should be confident working independently, conducting consultations, making professional recommendations and taking ownership of the client experience.

THIS ROLE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR

• Newly qualified therapists
• Therapists with less than 3 years’ hands-on industry experience
• Therapists looking primarily for nails, lashes or waxing
• Anyone uncomfortable with hands-on body treatments
• Therapists who need constant direction or supervision
• Anyone unwilling to work Saturdays or the required late shift
• Someone looking for a short-term role while building their own competing treatment business
