Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Bunya Dental Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is based in Lane Cove, NSW 2066 and plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing, storage and distribution functions. As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics activities that support our business operations and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, organisation and efficiency are highly valued.

This is a part-time role with a clear trajectory toward full-time status as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with precision and efficiency

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods correctly

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods

• Support stock management through regular stock counts and accurate inventory updates

• Help resolve order and logistics issues from sales and customers

• Assist with customer support and order taking from time to time

• Prioritise safety and follow OHS processes

What we're looking for

• Has warehouse or logistics experience (bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce)

• Has great attention to detail and is reliable with time and attendance

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Good communication skills and able to work independently

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
