Coastal Dental Care has been part of the Gold Coast and Northern NSW community since 2005. We’re a network of local family practices, and Robina Town Centre is your local team within it, led by Dr Tristan Cuffe.

About the role

We’re after a Dental Receptionist to join our Robina Town Centre team, reporting to our Practice Manager. This is a part-time role: the roster is fixed Wednesday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm with a 30-minute break, totalling 30 hours a week. You’ll be the first face our patients see and the calm, organised voice on the phone, keeping the front desk running smoothly so the clinical team can focus on care.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting patients and managing a busy front desk with warmth and efficiency
• Booking and coordinating appointments to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims accurately
• Supporting the clinical team so each patient’s visit runs on time
• Keeping patient records accurate and following our infection control protocols

What we’re looking for

Essential

• At least 1 years’ experience as a Dental Receptionist
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing a busy front desk and juggling multiple priorities
• Professional presentation and a genuine team player

Preferred

• Working knowledge of Dental for Windows (D4W)
• Dental assisting experience (a bonus, not required)
