ODM Electrical Contractors is a Melbourne-based Design and Construct electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects. We're ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified, we hold VIC REC Licence 25429, and we've built our name on three things: Quality, Safety and Service.

Our service division is growing fast and we need A-Grade Electricians to join it.

What makes this different

Most service roles are all reactive — chasing faults, no structure, no end to the day. This one isn't. You'll run a genuine mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive breakdown response, and minor works projects up to $100,000 in value. Real project ownership, real variety, real skills development.

About the role

• Planned preventative maintenance across commercial and critical infrastructure sites

• Reactive fault-finding, diagnostics and breakdown response

• Minor works and upgrade projects up to $100k — from scope to commissioning

• Testing, tagging, thermal imaging and compliance reporting

• Switchboard works, distribution, lighting, power and controls

• Client liaison on site — you're the face of ODM

• Accurate job documentation via our digital systems (no paperwork mountains)

What you'll bring

• A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC) — essential

• Current Construction White Card

• Full VIC driver's licence

• Service and maintenance background across commercial or industrial sites

• Strong fault-finding ability and the confidence to make a call on site

• A safety-first mindset — non-negotiable at ODM

• Professional presentation and communication with clients

• Test & Tag, EWP, Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets are a bonus (we'll fund what you don't have)
