Wok Cook & kitchen allrounder

We are located at Adelaide Airport and looking for Experienced Wok & Prep Cooks for Hawker Bar & Nom Nom Vietnamese.

The candidates will have worked in QSR venues and is looking to move to a high paced environment which offers the potential to expand their skill set.   A knowledge of Asian cuisine is a MUST as is handling wok cooking. Candidates MUST be a team player, hands on work ethic, self-motivated and open minded.  

The candidate will be experienced in achieving KPIs for the team, primarily focusing around 

• Maintaining venue cleanliness

• Stock rotation

• Working with the kitchen teams

The Business runs 7 days and extended trading hours. Trading from 5am to 9:30pm daily.
