T&C is expanding! We are currently seeking Skilled Structural Landscapers to manage high-profile sites across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Hervey Bay.

The Role

This is a "hands-on" position where you will drive the execution of high-quality landscape environments. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Structural Construction: Implementing hardscapes and structural elements according to plans.

• Estate Landscaping: Turfing, edging, and large-scale garden installations including the operating of equipment and tools

• Site Management: Overseeing rehabilitation corridors and managing maintenance cycles to ensure long-term project success.

What You Bring

• Leadership & Teamwork: A "team player" attitude with the ability to mentor unskilled workers and communicate effectively.

• Compliance: Valid Driver’s License and White Card are essential.

• Technical Edge: HR Licenses and Machine Tickets (Excavator, Bobcat, etc.) are highly regarded and will be reflected in compensation.
