What you’ll be doing

Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiencesDrive sales performance and smash targetsCreate a high-energy, positive store culturePartner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical successRun a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service

What we’re looking for

Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.Someone who feels at home with our values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improvingA passion for delivering exceptional customer experiencesConfident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a teamCommercial mindset with a drive to achieve resultsA confident leader who enjoys developing others
