La Perle is a specialist pearl jewellery house with four boutiques across Australia and New Zealand — Auckland, Queenstown, our Sydney flagship at the Queen Victoria Building, and Melbourne.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Pearl Jewellery Sales Professional to join our Sydney QVB team.

Your Role

* Deliver exceptional, personalised service and create memorable experiences for every customer

* Build strong relationships with clients and understand their individual needs and preferences

* Educate clients on South Sea, Tahitian, Akoya and other fine pearls, helping them find the perfect piece

* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and luxury service

* Contribute to visual merchandising and the overall boutique atmosphere

* Work collaboratively with the team and continuously develop your product and pearl knowledge

We’re Looking For

* Genuine passion for luxury jewellery and pearls

* Previous experience in fine jewellery or high-end retail sales is preferred

* Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner

* Strong sales drive and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets

* Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

* Reliability, initiative and a strong commitment to representing a luxury brand

* A willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge in pearls and fine jewellery

* Mandarin and/or other language skills are advantageous

What We Offer

* Competitive base salary of $72,000 – $85,000 per annum + attractive commission + superannuation
