The Opportunity
This role is suited to a qualified plumber who wants more than just another job.
Depending on your experience, you may step into one of the following roles:
Senior Commercial PlumberLeading HandSite 2ICPlumbing Foreman
For the right person, this role can develop into a long-term leadership position within the business. You will be working on quality commercial projects across Melbourne with the backing of an experienced project management and operations team.
Who We’re Looking For
We are interested in speaking with people who have:
Commercial plumbing experienceStrong trade knowledge and pride in workmanshipA good understanding of plans, set-outs and site coordinationExperience across rough-in, drainage, fit-off, stack work, in-ground services or hydraulic plumbingA reliable and organised approach to workA team-first attitudeGood communication skillsThe ability to lead, mentor or support others on siteA willingness to take ownership and solve problemsHigh standards around safety, quality and accountability
You may already be a Foreman, or you may be a Senior Plumber or Leading Hand ready to step up.
