Oxford is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Southland Store.

About The Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for maximising store performance through strong leadership, commercial acumen, visual excellence and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in building a high-performing team culture while ensuring the store reflects the Oxford brand at every touchpoint.

What you'll bring to Oxford

·       Minimum 1 - 2 years of retail management, preferably in fashion. However, open to other sectors of retail such as jewellery or accessories

·       Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs

·       Proven ability and passion to lead, coach and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment

·       Experience managing teams of 3 - 6 staff members

·       Results driven with strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations

·       An obvious love for fashion trends and a strong sense of personal style and presentation

·       Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands

Responsibilities
