We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team in Rowville, VIC on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, assist with inventory management and logistics activities, and provide guidance to a small team. This is a hands-on role, working alongside team members to ensure equipment, stock and customer orders are processed efficiently.
This role is approximately 80% operational duties and 20% team coordination.
Assist with daily warehouse and logistics activities
Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and equipment movements
Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records
Support and guide warehouse team members in their day-to-day work
Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Support rental, trial and loan equipment activities
Follow and promote safety, quality and infection control procedures
Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment
Experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting a small team
Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
Current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically capable of safely undertaking warehouse duties, including occasional lifting of up to 15kg
Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a similar industry
Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system
