Kelly's Bakery, Café & Bakehouse, Korumburra is a South Gippsland icon and a favourite destination for locals and travellers alike. Family-owned, community-focused, and operating seven days a week, we bake fresh bread, award-winning pies, and mouth-watering sweet treats in our fully equipped bakehouse.

The ‘Roll’:

• Join our small team to produce all the country bakery classics; pies, slices, cakes, specialty breads and so much more.

• Produce items to a high standard, taking pride in all aspects of the role.

• Applicant with a strong background in bread production a huge bonus.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Be a conscientious colleague. Teamwork makes the dream work!

• Flexible roster with the potential of casual/part-time/full time available for the right applicant

• Compliance and understanding of food safety policies and procedures (HACCP).

The ‘ingredients’ you will bring to our team:

• Minimum two years’ experience, particularly in bread production (weighing, moulding, baking off, etc.)

• Certificate III in Baking preferred but not essential.

• Your passion for baking high-quality products.

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

• Excellent communication skills and time management.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.
