Administration & Customer Support | PART-TIME

Clean Energy Providers | Nerang

We’re looking for a reliable, organised and personable Administration & Customer Support person to join our growing team at Clean Energy Providers.

This is a part-time role of approximately 25 hours per week, ideally working 9am–2pm, Monday to Friday. This is an on-site role, working from our office in Nerang.

There is also potential for additional hours during busier periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers

• Taking and logging customer enquiries

• Following up new leads and booking appointments with electricians

• Pre-sales and post-sales customer follow-up

• Communicating with customers, electricians, installers and suppliers

• Lodging Energex, Ergon, Essential Energy and other electrical/compliance paperwork

• Assisting with scheduling and job administration

• Adding jobs to the calendar and confirming installation appointments

• Processing and updating customer and job information

• Data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Social media scheduling

• Filing, scanning and document management

• General clerical and administrative duties

• Assisting the team with day-to-day tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and able to stay on top of multiple tasks

• Reliable and able to work independently

• Confident communicating with customers over the phone, email and text

• Friendly, professional and comfortable following up customers and leads

• Reliable and able to work independently when working from home

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

• Detail-oriented, particularly when dealing with paperwork and customer information

• Ideally experienced in administration, customer service, sales support or a similar role

Solar/renewable energy experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided on our processes and industry requirements.

Part-time: Approximately 25 hours per week
Hours: Generally 9am–2pm, Monday–Friday (some flexibility available)
Location: On-site working from our Nerang office
Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
Additional hours: Potentially available during busy periods
