Registered Nurse

Are you a compassionate and forward-thinking Registered Nurse with a passion for dementia care excellence? Join our dedicated team at Allambie Heights village where you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents — including comprehensive assessments and specialised nursing support. You’ll also play a key leadership role, guiding our care and wellbeing teams and taking charge after hours when needed.

We’re currently seeking Registered Nurses to support our team on a casual basis, including night shifts. 

The successful applicant will have:

• A registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1 with a current practice certificate

• A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence

• An ability to work with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment

• A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards 

• Experience in leading people or supporting care teams

• Well-developed communication skills

• Strong knowledge of safe work practices

• Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services.
