YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Forever New is looking for a passionate and detail‑driven Buyers Administrator to support our Buying team in bringing elevated, on‑trend collections to life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their fashion career who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and wants hands‑on exposure to the commercial side of buying.

• Raise and maintain purchase orders in WFX, ensuring high accuracy across all markets
• Support sample management, including tracking, preparation for meetings, shoots, fits, and handovers
• Prepare trading cards, competitor reports, and weekly admin updates
• Assist with meeting preparation, pulling samples and ensuring presentations are sign‑off ready
• Maintain organised digital and physical filing, range boards, and CAD libraries
• Support the Buying team with day‑to‑day administration and coordination

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

You are a recent Fashion Graduate looking to take your first career step into the world of Buying, you are in your final year of online studying looking to take on a Full-Time position or you are currently in a Buyers Administrator role looking to step into a Global brand that will help develop your career. 

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise / Enterprise (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a Retail environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Ability to manage a high workload and can work to tight deadlines
• Can re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
• Ability to form relationships across the business
• Willingness to take initiative and have a ‘can do’ attitude
