About the Team

Our Engineering team builds a modern serverless fintech platform powering accounts, transactions, payments, integrations, and developer-facing products. We build not only exceptional web experiences, but also APIs, SDKs, and AI-ready interfaces that enable developers, customers, and intelligent agents to interact with our platform safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale our cloud-native fintech platform. You’ll work across React, TypeScript, AWS serverless infrastructure, and developer-facing APIs, taking ownership of features from architecture through production.

Working closely with Product and Engineering, you’ll help transform early-stage ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready systems while contributing to engineering best practices, automation, testing, and AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Build serverless backend services with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and AWS CDK.
• Develop secure customer-facing APIs, SDKs, and developer-facing interfaces.
• Build reliable event-driven systems, webhook handlers, and transaction workflows with strong operational resilience.
• Integrate third-party financial services, payment providers, and external APIs.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, RBAC, and multi-tenant application architecture.
• Write high-quality automated tests and contribute to CI/CD, observability, and monitoring.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity while maintaining production-quality code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and continuous platform improvements.

Who You Are

We’re looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications below. Preferred qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building production full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern React development.
• Experience building production frontend applications, including API integrations, state management, routing, and responsive UI.
• Proven experience with AWS serverless technologies, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, and AWS CDK.
• Experience building APIs, background workers, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and multi-tenant applications.
• Experience designing reliable transaction workflows with robust testing and error handling.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally within fintech, payments, banking, or other high-reliability environments.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools and applying strong technical judgment to AI-generated code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, treasury, or financial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Hono, OpenAPI, React Query, React Router, Playwright, or Turborepo.
• Experience designing SDKs, developer platforms, customer-facing APIs, or AI-agent interfaces.
• Experience with DynamoDB data modeling and production serverless operations.
• Experience building internal developer tooling, automation, or AI-powered engineering workflows.
