About this Position
We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across Central Coast & Newcastle region. In this regionally focused role, you’ll identify and secure new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline of target accounts, and expand our presence within the foodservice sector. You’ll act as a trusted partner to customers—understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Working closely with internal sales teams, you’ll drive strategic growth initiatives, strengthen key relationships, and deliver sustainable, profitable outcomes aligned with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building networks, influencing outcomes, and making a tangible impact at scale
