In this role, you'll:

Deliver pavement construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects

Balance hands-on construction activities with the completion of project documentation, compliance records, and administrative requirements.

Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Travel throughout the region, typically within a 250 km radius of your depot, and work away from home for the duration of projects when required.

Use Microsoft Office and operational systems to record work activities, update project information, and manage documentation.

Contribute to a positive safety culture and comply with all workplace procedures and standards.

This role will see you support the delivery of pavement construction and maintenance activities, combining hands-on site work with project administration and compliance requirements. You'll develop your technical construction knowledge, strengthen your documentation and reporting skills, and contribute to the successful delivery of critical road infrastructure projects.

You will help build and maintain safe, reliable road networks by delivering construction outcomes and managing project documentation in a fast-paced and operationally focused environment.

About you

Your construction experience and strong computer literacy will see you excel in delivering pavement construction and maintenance projects while supporting project documentation and compliance requirements. You're comfortable balancing hands-on site work with administrative responsibilities and thrive in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Experience in civil construction, roadworks, pavement maintenance, or a similar construction environment.

Traffic Control Ticket.

White Card.

Worker on Foot Ticket.

Current Driver's Licence.

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable:

Truck Licence.

Experience using operational systems such as Knowledge Asset Vision (KAV).
