Permanent Part-Time | 30 Hours per Fortnight

The role and you:

• Wash and clean utensils and dishes and ensuring appropriate storage
• Handle, sort, store and distribute food items
• Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook food stuffs and assist with preparing salads and desserts
• Sort and dispose of rubbish and recycling
• Organise laundering of kitchen linen
• Cleaning of all food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools and areas
• Delivering food to the Lodge at meal times
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and to work under pressure
• Ability Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to continuous improvement principles
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene regulations
• Current training in Food Safe Programs

What you need to do:

Have a valid "C" Class (Manual) Drivers Licence;

Update your resume;

Be eligible to work in Australia;

Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;

Be up to date with your COVID 19 and flu vaccinations;
