• Full-time, 38 hours per week. Band 4 - $75,105.58 per annum (excl. super).
• Fixed Term to 30 June 2027.

About the Role

Fixed term parental leave cover role until 30 June 2027.  The role will work as part of a small team of Support Officers and will work at either Rosebud, Mornington or Hastings on a rotating roster.

The core responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for client enquiries, meal ordering, changes to service and cancellations.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in Carelink (Client Management System) and process new client referrals through My Aged Care.
• Prepare run sheets, check daily meal delivery, temperature check meal and assist volunteers loading esky’s into vehicles.

About You

We are looking for someone who has strong customer service and administration skills and can work well as part of a team.

• Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.
• Experience using a client management system is desirable.
• Experience in the community services sector (aged and/or disability) is preferred.
