Electronic Gaming Shift Manager
$70,000 – $80,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Join Lasseters Casino as an Electronic Gaming Shift Manager and lead our gaming floor operations for the electronic gaming areas. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day activities, manage a motivated team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Electronic Gaming team to achieve operational goals.

• Manage rosters, monitor stock levels, and work within set budgets.

• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and internal procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared objectives.

• Foster a positive guest experience through proactive service and problem resolution.

• Strong knowledge of gaming floor operations (Slots, TAB, Keno).

• Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and across a 24/7 roster.
